These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aura mobile application and related services (the "Services"), operated by Aura Health Technologies ("Aura", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Access to certain programs requires enrollment through a supported hospital, clinic, or program code. You are responsible for providing accurate information during onboarding and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Aura is a remote monitoring and engagement platform. It is designed to support, not replace, the relationship between you and your healthcare provider. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately — do not rely on the app.
When you connect a wearable device or third-party health service, you authorize Aura to receive and process the associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Availability of specific integrations may vary by device and region.
Alerts generated by Aura's AI models are prioritized for clinical review but are not a diagnosis. Care navigators and clinicians make final decisions regarding intervention and outreach.
All content, design, trademarks, and underlying technology of the Services are owned by Aura Health Technologies or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
To the extent permitted by law, Aura is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
