Aura Health Technologies ("Aura", "we", "us") provides this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use the Aura mobile application and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the app, and information from connected wearable devices.

• Account & profile data — name, date of birth, gender, contact details, and program enrollment information.
• Health data — vitals, symptoms, activity, sleep, nutrition, survey responses, and medical history you choose to share.
• Wearable & device data — data synced from connected devices such as Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin, or Bluetooth-enabled monitors.
• Usage data — app interactions, nudge responses, and diagnostic information used to improve the Services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to deliver personalized health insights, route alerts to your care team, generate your health score, send relevant nudges and reminders, and improve our AI models under continuous clinical oversight.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal or health data. Information is shared only with your assigned care navigators and clinicians, and with service providers strictly to operate the Services, under contractual confidentiality obligations.

5. Your Rights & Choices

You may access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from within the app, or by contacting us. You can also manage which wearables and data sources are connected to your account.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, and support continuity of care.

7. Children's Privacy

The Aura app is intended for use by adults enrolled in a supported care program. Our Pediatric program, once available, will include additional consent and privacy safeguards for minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email.
